CHANGE COLOR OF LIPS TUTORIAL

1. Click file. In this tutorial we are gonna use a random picture which needs a lipstick.

         

 

2. Click "Brush Tool".

          

    

3.  Change the foreground color to red. 

      

4.  Then set your brush size in what size you like it to be. My settings was this one. 

  

       

5. With this picture. Then create new layer.

        

6. Then highlight your lip with your brush.

       

 

7. If it looks ugly, it's okay. wait for the real magic. Usually your effect is normal. Set to overlay. Then set to opacity to 79%

       

 

8. Then your picture should like this :

         

9. Then go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Set the radius to 2.5. Then click CTRL + U. Then change the color of your red lip (Darker of softer). Then you are done !!
